You Picked My Next Read

I recently asked you all to choose my next book via an Instagram poll, the options were:

You voted, and the winner was Bridesmaid for Hire! Here are my thoughts:

The premise of this book was intriguing, and Maggie, the main character, felt relatable from the start. Her journey through the ups and downs of relationships was engaging.

However, as the story progressed, it took some unexpected turns. The plot became a bit outlandish and leaned towards being unnecessarily dramatic. The big third-act breakup felt forced, especially since it occurred just five days into the relationship. It left me wondering if the conflict was warranted.

That said, the book was entertaining overall. It had its moments of humor and charm, making it a fun read, even with its flaws.
